2024 High Holiday Seating Form

Members, please make sure you are logged-in to your account before proceeding (check upper right corner of the screen to see if you are logged-in).

Members must be current in their dues through September 1, 2024 to receive seat assignments at no additional charge.
Each member family receives two (2) complimentary seats, plus additional seats for children. Single members receive one (1) complimentary seat.
Additional Seats for Members: Guests of Members $200 each
Bring your children or grandchildren for free! (13-26 yrs old) (Just note it next to their name on the form in order for them to get a ticket)
Seats are available as space permits, please return this form and any required payment as soon as possible.
